Name - Storm
Age - 4 Years Old
Breed - Collie/Husky Mix
Personality - Storm is a strange dog – Some would even go as far as to say she has a split personality. For the most part, she is quiet and reserved, a past full of torture and menace haunting her mind, refusing to leave her alone. She prefers her own company, and would never intend to join a pack… But then, then there is another part to her personality. When cornered, or intimidated, she will lash out, becoming violent if the need calls for it. It is then that she gets herself into trouble, later to regret it, and wander off on her own again, feeling very sorry for herself. It’s confusing for everyone, including her, but it’s the way she was born. Some say it’s her mind, that which has been injured and twisted over her lifetime, but she refuses to believe she is ill, and clings onto the hope that she could one day become normal herself. But if what they say is true, that’s likely to never happen. In her mind, she desires to find love, and wants to raise a family of her own, but because of her personality, no males have ever taken an interest in her. It sorrows her every day of her life, but she can never change it, no matter how much she tries.
Sample Post - Vixen nodded her head wisely as the bru spoke. Of course. Keira was the Alphess, and any important information was to be given to her. It was not Vixen's business what happened with Keira, especially with such important times coming closer. The Abyss would take form very soon, and this new dog may be a messenger, delivering plans and strategies between packs.
As she walked, however, she would never have expected what was to follow. As soon as he stated he was the barer of bad news, Vixen immediately told herself something was wrong. Seriously wrong. As soon as he muddled up the name, Hade, from that point on, she knew she was then to receive the worst news she had possibly ever discovered. Hades... Was dead. For what seemed like years, when it was just a few seconds, Vixens mind went completely blank, as if plunged into freezing cold water. Eyes glazed over, and she stopped immediately in her tracks, face almost emotionless. No... No, it just was not possible. A voice inside her head almost laughed at her as she realised her premonition had been right, but she had only simply thought of him getting lost of something. But killed... Dead... Never to see her again... That was something different.
Slowly, but all too surely, feeling came back to the delicate little femme as the news came crashing down around her, and at this point, something died in Vixen along with Hades, her mate, her love, her only. It felt as if a large claw had grabbed the fae by the throat, pulling her down, suffocating her. She felt numb, but her sense were just all to aware. She couldn't breath... Couldn't breath...
"No... No, he's... He's not dead... He can't..." She stammered, a large sob racking her body as she spluttered out the words, which she herself had always dreaded to say. Hades had taken her in... He had asked to be her mate... They were soul-mates, right from the start, were made in heaven for each other... It was impossible, unreal... But the fact was, a large piece in her life had gone, forever. Suddenly, all vision was lost to her as tears welled up, and spilled from deep orbs, running down her tender muzzle, dripping silently on the floor. It seemed as if the whole world had stopped, time trapped in a motionless frame, and it was just her and this dog, this dog who had brought such news to her, were the only ones alive. She felt as if she were floating above her head, in some distant reality, watching the female who had always loved, never caused harm, always meant the very best she could give, suffering with such an inhumane pain below her. Legs quivered as she thought of him motionless, spirit far away from the living, never to return home again. Morbid curiosity yearned to know how he had passed on, but the large part of Vixen just did not want to go. She wanted to believe he had just passed away peacefully, but that was impossible.
Gasping for air, she started to pant heavily, head turning this way and that as she almost looked for guidance. The Warehouse... She had to get back to the Warehouse... "Excuse me..." She cried to the dog before her, who may have well as killed her, before sprinting away back home, an unspeakable pain becoming part of her very being. She ran as fast as she could, muscles pumped with the energy to carry on forever, into the clouds, where Hades waited for her. So strong... So caring... Her true love, the one who she wished to carry the pups for. But it was never to be. Not now. Her life had basically ended, and she almost saw no point to carry on. What was she living for now? The Abyss? It was more likely or not anyway she would perish in the large fight to come, but she did not care any longer. Nothing mattered. Nothing at all.
Reaching the Warehouse doors, she had left the messenger far behind. She almost yelled in worry as she realised he'd be coming here too, to tell Keira. His last words were that he loved you... The voice screamed around her mind. This intensified her woe even more - He had thought of her all the way. Loved her to the end. Now he was lost. Panting heavily, eyes were blinded by tears, and she saw not where her only friend Keira was standing. It was her, and her alone, who stood in the world now. She had lost everyone... Everyone ever dear to her... Racing her way over to the stairs travelled up so long ago, she sprinted up the creaking stairway, stumbling as she did so. She didn't care anymore. Her life was ruined. Never again was she to feel happiness... Never... It was more likely than not the other members wouldn’t notice her anyway. She hadn't talked to half of them, so why would they care? Bitterly, she thought of the huge sadness she had felt long ago, before she met Hades, at the desperate sadness of not being noticed. It was nothing, nothing compared to this. She couldn't care less now. No one would notice if she died on the spot. It probably wouldn't occur to them Hades had even gone missing.
Running over to the window where another lost friend, Brandy, had once gazed out over the world, she suddenly stopped. Her racing breath was silent, and she could only hear the blood pumping through her body. Staring out of the large window, a cold expression on her face, she thought to herself how easy it would be to end it all now. Throw herself through this human made glass, be cast onto the unforgiving ground beneath her. Never be seen by another again. How easy... But would that be what Hades would have wanted her to do? No. Raising her head to the heavens, only one word escaped her maw.
"Why" She screamed, voice echoing up around the room, travelling as far as she could reach it. Never had she yelled so loudly, and she felt the pressure on her chest grow as she used all her breath on the one desperate, lonely howl. It rung in her mind for what seemed like hours, but she finished, closed her eyes, fell to the floor, and wept, harder than she had ever done in her entire life.
