Name - Cassie
Age - 2 Months Old
Breed - Chocolate Labrador
Personality - Cassie is a very sweet little puppy, and never means anyone a bit of harm. Not known for her intelligence, she can be a little bit dopey sometimes, but her heart is always in the right place. Clumsy and carefree, she brings a little ray of sunshine into the souls of everyone she meets, and it's impossible to resist her smile. She loves to play with puppies her own age, and will sometimes even approach the dogs looking for trouble, not really caring about the consequences. No, all she really wants to do is make friends, whoever they may be. If she finds something, and really likes it, she can sometimes be a little overprotective, but will allow her best friends to share the little treasures she picks up and keeps. She is still very young, and lucky to be alive on the streets, but she struggles through somehow. All in all, she can be described as one of the cutest little dogs, kind, sweet, funny, and a real pleasure to be around.
Sample Post -Sometimes I get so weird, I even freak myself out…

A chill breeze ruffled the leaves upon the trees gently, their hurried whispers dancing through the thick canopy. Ah yes, the woodland, that which surrounded most of the Cemetery. A fine place to sleep and relax, as two pups in particular had realised. Curled up together, the snowy white fur on Lilly’s back rose up and down as her breaths came out coolly, the darker pelt of Kenya’s rapidly beating as she was plagued again by more dreams, dreams of that day when so long ago, Vixen had left her children here, just at the borders, under Naia and Brutus’ lead. Eyes flickered under her eyelids, as she darted to and fro, night terrors making it impossible to ever rest peacefully. Her paws twitched, nose winced slightly as she took in many scents, before she suddenly snapped awake, amber eyes open in an instant. Her crania looked this way and that, as she started to come back to reality, and the sight of her sister behind her calmed her nerves. Her tongue hung out her mouth as her breathing returned to normal, and she shakily gave a sigh of relief, resting her head back on her paws again. Such a frightening dream. In it, she had imagined that she was back with her Mama again, back at the Demon Dogs headquarters, when all of a sudden, everything had gone dark. In a flash, Lilly had been dragged from her side by foes unseen, and at the door of the warehouse, a large collie mix called Roven had stood, cackling to himself as his very gaze threw Vixen to the floor, writhing in agony. Her father. Running to her mothers side, she simply couldn’t get there, as the disturbingly still body seemed to be moving away on it’s own. Lost, she had turned to help, and in the corner, her dear brother, Rohan had stood. She fled towards him, but he had changed – His laugh matching their scum-ball of a father’s, he had cast her aside, striking Kenya in the face. As she skidded along the hard floorboards, she had managed to look around, and vision flicking from Roven to Rohan, Rohan to Roven, she finally realised that she could see no difference anymore… But it had only been a dream. Still, she worried a little, and being the more timid of the sisters, she nudged the still sleeping husky mix, wet nose poking her in her unusually soft fur.
Bi-coloured eyes opened slowly, Lilly blinked slowly a few times, before she turned her head to look at Kenya, that silly sister of hers, a slightly annoyed expression on her face. She had been so fast asleep; she could almost have been described as un-conscious, and was personally enjoying being able to relax for once. Her mother’s leaving hadn’t bothered her quite as much as her siblings, as she knew they must meet up again someday, perhaps when the two pups were a little older. Only 3 months of age, they had already adopted the physical appearance of someone much older than them, but both Lilly and Kenya were proud of this. They had yet to see Rohan again, and they could only presume he was coming along as well as them. The mixed breed longed to see her brother again, for she felt as if he had been stolen away from her, and she had yet to even get to know him, even though they were related by blood. It was only, of course, thanks to Roven, that rapist sleaze-ball, and in Lilly’s eyes, he was as good as dead. She didn’t even know for sure if he was even still alive – But if she ever found him, she would personally rid the world of him herself, even if she had to lay her own life down to do so. No one hurt Mama and got away with it. Grumbling under her breath, her eyes squinted in the sunlight, and she spoke quietly. “What’s the big deal, Kenya?” She muttered, slowly lumbering to her feet, shaking the dirt and dust off her snowy white pelt. She loved her coat, for it held the most beautiful markings – They had changed a little since she was born, as new fur replaced the old, and she had two red streaks leading down from her ears to her nose. Patches of rust and black were dotted all over her spine, and her tail was completely ebony, with the exception of a white tip. Pools gleaming in the sunlight, she yawned slowly, flashing pearly white teeth. She started to realise how hungry she had gotten, her last meal being some time ago, and looked down on Kenya, expecting this to be a good explanation – Or she’d be for it.
Frowning, Kenya got up onto her paws just like her sister, grinning cheekily at her. He fear from her nightmare was rapidly disappearing, and now she had woken up a little more, with the warm, comforting sunlight on her back, she felt as if things were okay now. “Oh, nothing." She chuckled, batting Lilly gently with her paws, before springing backwards, bowing down onto her forepaws, and waving her rump in the air. No sooner had she done so, though, that the clear sound of a dogs howl met her ears, giving her quite a shock. Yelping slightly, she darted behind her sister, who had always been seen as a sort of bodyguard. The call hadn’t been from Brutus, that was for sure, and she didn’t know any other males who had authority to do that. Thoughts raced through her mind of who it could be – Rohan? Roven? She shivered slightly; lowering her body to the ground, fear growing again in her eyes. She had always been a bit of a wimp, and anything out of the ordinary scared her. A squeaky whimper coming from her maw, she looked up hopefully at Lilly, hoping that yet again she would offer to go check it out for her.
Sighing to herself, Lilly ignored the playful bat on her shoulder, and her sister’s clear invitation to play, but one thing she couldn’t help but realise was the long, clear howl that raced over the land, playing over and over again in her ears. Kenya immediately leapt behind her sibling, as Lilly had expected her to, but she was actually excited! It defiantly wasn’t Brutus – Had they gotten a new Alpha? The old one had seemed so nice and friendly, but the pup was looking forward to meeting someone new. Looking around at Kenya, she scowled, eyes narrowing slightly. “Psssh. Big scaredy.” She snorted, nares flaring slightly. Nothing was going to stop her going on to check this out. “You stay here if you wanna, sis, but I’m going.” She continued, starting to trot forwards, towards the church towards the centre of the Cemetery. Mitts hit the ground in perfect unison, and it soon became very clear what was going on – In the middle of a large crowd of dogs, a golden retriever stood, his pelt glistening like, well, gold, in the heat of the sun. He looked strong and powerful, and a few scrapes here and there clearly showed her had indeed just been in a fight. As Lilly had first thought, he had obviously overthrown Brutus, and was the new leader here. Wondering what would happen to Naia, the pup shook the thoughts of, and moved forwards again, coming closer and closer to the group of dogs. They must all be pack members, but she hadn’t seen or met a lot of them. But there, one that stood out was a white german shepherd – Why, she had been the one Lilly had not to long ago helped revive in the park! Would she remember her little helper? Barking softly, she moved forwards, desperate to get some attention. There was no way this dog was going to be left out, especially not something as important as this! Nudging past a few dogs, she didn’t go straight to the front, because the Alpha would clearly think that rude, but she was young – Good enough excuse, right? There weren’t that many pups around here, and Lilly had yet to meet a lot of them – Apart from the old Alpha heirs. What would happen to them now, now that their daddy and possibly their Mama weren’t in charge? It was a confusing ordeal indeed, and Lilly wanted to know what would happen.
Kenya watched as her sister scorned at her cowardice – Well, she was used to it. Shrugging it off, she was given a big surprise as her sibling started to actually go towards the source of the sound – How could she? Calling after her, she shook her head, and stayed rooted to the spot. No way she was going… No way… But then, as Lilly faded out of sight, Kenya looked around her, the trees surrounding their sleeping place suddenly seeming much more threatening, as if they could conceal a hidden threat behind any trunk. Yelping in fear, she started racing after her sister, pads thundering against the floor, clouds of dust being kicked up in her wake. Eventually, after what seemed like hours of running (When it had only been a few minutes), Kenya stopped, looking around in awe. A large crowd of dogs had gathered, surrounding a golden retriever, who’s purpose here was unknown still to the pup. Thinking hard for a moment, the thought suddenly came to her that he must have overthrown Brutus, for the cuts on his body showed he had been in a fight. Snorting, she saw the form of Lilly dart through a few of the dogs, and she promptly followed, mumbling apologies to the dogs she had walked past. Nipping her sister’s ear, she frowned at her, silently scolding her for leaving her like that. But her gaze was drawn back to the powerful stranger in the middle, and she cowered slightly in a mixture of fear and submission. He looked ever so big, and could no doubt break she and Lilly’s necks in a snap. She started trembling slightly again, and huddled closer and closer to Lilly, the only one here that she could feel really attached to.
Lilly didn’t even have to look around to realise her sister had changed her mind in the end, and soon felt her body pressed up against hers. She looked around angrily and shook her off, much to her surprise, and all attention was drawn back to the retriever. She was amazed at the presence he held – He looked nervous, but was still clearly dominant. And it took a lot to pull that off. Plucking up all her courage, she stepped forwards again, until she was standing in front of the crowd, puffing her chest out in an attempt to look bigger than she was. “E… Excuse me, sir.” She stammered, her throat clenching slightly as she took a fair bit of attention, in front of this stranger. “But, m… Kenya and me were wondering why we are all meeting? I… Is there anything I can, umm, do?” She continued, not really having a clue what she was saying. She wouldn’t be appointed any job, obviously, as she was still comparatively young, but the excitement of all this was going to her head, even though she was enjoying it really. Trying a meek smile, she took a step backwards, as if only just realising what she was doing, before glancing round at Kenya, indicating she should come forwards too.
Kenya watched, awe-struck, as her sister boldly moved forwards, stepping to the front of the crowd, meeting the stranger head on. She must have mentioned her own name in there somewhere, but Kenya didn’t really realise, as she was only concerned at the moment with trying to stay hidden. But then her sister turned around, and gave her clear signals to come forwards – Feeling a few gazes fall on her, nerves gripped the pup’s stomach, and she shook her head, taking a few steps backwards, feeling foolish and stupid. She held her body low to the ground, as she had done in the forest, as she wished that this would soon all be over so she could get back to resting in their little clearing with Lilly as she had done before…[/center]
