I think this is pretty self-explanatory.

I think it's pretty obvious which answer I went for ^^ They tend to go inactive after a few weeks in my experience, 'cause people can't be bothered playing the dog catcher 'cause it's a dog RPG not a human one and then when dogs are caught, some of the players bring on grudges -insert eye roll here- against the dog catcher and so on and so forth!

Some very good points, young Symphony.
Who's older than me... But whatever.
It is true that it usually gets inactive. x.x Well, when we get some more members, we can see what they all think! ^.^ Who knows? There may even be someone who would really put 110% into it. -Shrugs-

I think I may be willing to do that. But perhaps the dog pound could be set up in a different way. Like, there are leaders of pakcs, right? Well, when they get mad at other dogs they could "lock" them in the abandoned dog pound. XD Probably too much, but it might work.

Hmmm... I could possibly turn that into something... Like, the dogs can force a member who has betrayed them to go to the pound, by, like, making them go there...
Well, in a better way, of course! XD Thanks for the suggestion, Mango! <3
